Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused or lightly used.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that are excessively used, damaged, or tampered with may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the product and packaging, and our team will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
