All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking information.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship exclusively within South Africa.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location within South Africa:
- Major Cities & Urban Areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional & Remote Areas: 4–8 business days
